Under normal use, the product surface temperature is typically between 40°C and 55°C;
under full load, it can reach a maximum of 65°C, which is within the safe operating range.
The aluminum alloy casing helps with effective heat dissipation and improves stability.
If the temperature consistently exceeds 70°C, it is recommended to check whether the charger's power is compatible, whether the cable is compliant, and ensure good ventilation in the operating environment.
Users who are sensitive to the normal heat generated by electronic products or cannot tolerate the warmth of the metal casing should consider carefully before ordering.
2.When using above 2 ports with Hdmi at the same time, system bandwidth and power load increase. Depending on the laptop’s configuration, temporary lag may occur.
