At YnTex, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a transparent, structured return process. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be accepted.

Customers are eligible to request a return within seven (7) calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery.

Once the 7-day return window has expired, all sales become final, and YnTex will not accept return or refund requests under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and inserts
- The item must not show any signs of damage, alteration, or misuse
- Proof of purchase must be provided (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice)

YnTex reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet these conditions.

## 3. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are strictly non-returnable:

- Digital products, downloadable content, or subscription-based services  
- Gift cards or promotional credits  
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout  
- Opened or used personal-use items (where hygiene or safety concerns apply)

All returns must be pre-approved.

If approved, customers will receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
